The Friend Requests form has been updated for this year. If you would like to request a friend, please submit your request using the form below.
Before you submit
  • Friend requests are not guaranteed and depend on registration numbers, roster sizes, and overall team balance.
  • Please submit one form per child (if registering multiple players).
  • To help us process requests accurately, ensure the player name and division match the registration details.
